Elite Massage Chairs Terms of Sale
Here’s the fine print, to be sure you have all the information you need for your purchase.
Terms of Sale:
These Terms constitute the agreement (Agreement) between Elite Massage Chairs and the Customer. By submitting your order you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, and you represent that you are of legal age to enter this Agreement and become bound by its terms.
I hereby authorize Elite Massage Chairs to charge my credit card in the amount indicated on the order, and agree to all of the terms and conditions set forth below.
It is the customer’s responsibility to thoroughly inspect the chair for any freight damage or manufacturer’s defects and report to Elite Massage Chairs within 3 days. Chairs damaged in shipping will be exchanged for another new chair at no cost to the customer.
DO NOT discard your boxes as they are required for any returns and/or in the event you are instructed to return your chair for service.
Customer has 30 days from the time an Elite brand chair is received to return for a full refund of the purchase price, less the original delivery and return shipping and handling costs, to Elite Massage Chairs. These return fees also apply to chairs picked up at any prospective warehouse as the chair must be returned to Elite Massage Chairs for inspection. Returned massage chairs must be received in ‘like new’ condition in the original packaging and materials including manual, or the customer will be charged a 10% restocking fee in addition to the cost of replacing the missing items. Financing customers are also responsible for finance processing fees on returned chairs. Massage chairs not in the original box cannot be returned. All returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization Number (RA) or they will be refused by Elite Massage Chairs’ receiving department. The customer must call 303-670-8882 to obtain a Return Authorization Number, and also the chair must be in transit to Elite Massage Chairs on or before the 30th day after purchase. Any special services such as date-certain shipping, inside delivery, lift gate, white glove delivery, expedited delivery, express delivery or unpacking of merchandise is non-refundable.
Customers that cancel or refuse delivery of shipped merchandise will be charged for all shipping costs and assessed a 10% restocking fee. Minor assembly of the products is required. Read the instruction manual before use. Orders that are canceled prior to shipping will be assessed a 6% restocking fee.
A $100 non-refundable fee will be required for customers who would like to delay the delivery of their massage chair beyond 2 weeks of normal lead time.
In no event will the forwarder be liable for any loss, damage, or delay, directly or indirectly, due to hazards, weather, dangers, incident to a state of war, or the act of restraint of the Government, or to strikes, riots, civil commotions, or acts of God.
All shipping costs listed as “included” are standard ground in the lower 48 contiguous U.S. states. For deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada, please contact Elite Massage Chairs to receive a shipping quote. Not all shipping options are available in some areas, so please call for details.
If “business” is selected as the delivery destination i.e. non-residential, Elite Massage Chairs and our shipping partners assume standard 9am-5pm hours of operation, as for business deliveries an appointment will not be made. If a delivery attempt is made to a business between 9am-5pm and no one is present or able to sign for the delivery, there will be a $75.00 charge for the unsuccessful delivery attempt. This payment will be charged to your credit card prior to a 2nd delivery attempt being made.
Upon receipt of your order, with confirmed availability and approved payment, your order will be processed within 24 hours. Customers will receive via email an invoice attachment which will include the freight company’s web site, link, shipper and tracking number. This will be sent within 2 business days of shipment.
For standard deliveries, the chair will be delivered to the threshold of your door as long as the entry is on a ground level. The driver must have clear access to the threshold without climbing any stairs or entering into any type of building. In the event there are obstacles beyond those described above, please contact us upon submitting your order to discuss the specifics of your delivery.
2 PERSON DELIVERY (additional $100)
2 person inside front door delivery ground level without unpacking is available for $100.
Threshold must be 35 inches or wider.
The following are examples of when a minimum of a two man delivery is required:
– Threshold with external stairs (like a porch)
– Inside front door ground level (see definition above under standard shipping)
– Inside front door apartment (2nd floor with freight elevator)
WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY / IN HOME UNPACK AND SET UP – (additional $295)
After we process your order the shipping company will deliver your chair in 7-14 business days. Prior to delivery the shipping company will contact you to schedule a delivery time, Monday- Friday between 8am to 6pm. The shipping company will give you a 3-4 hour delivery window. When your massage chair is delivered it will be unpacked and set up for you in any room of your home. The delivery team is not trained on using the massage chair and will not be able to train the customer how to use the chair, please consult your user manual for instructions on operation of your new massage chair.
The packing material may be removed from your location as that is the standard practice for White Glove Delivery, but we strongly advise that you keep all packing material for 30 days in the event you wish to return your chair. If you do not retain your original packaging materials and require them in order to return your chair, you will be charged for replacement packaging plus shipping to you. The need for package replacement material will not serve to extend the 30 day period for return.
White Glove Limitations:
Shipments that require picking up from or delivering to any location other than 2 flights of stairs will be rated at $5.00 per step or $50.00, whichever is greater. The entire delivery pathway must have a minimum clearance of 30 inches wide by 60 inches deep.
3-5 DAY EXPEDITED DELIVERY – (additional $225) Not available with White Glove Delivery.
If the Customer elects to pay for 3-5 Day Expedited Delivery we guarantee to pay for 3 Day Air Freight expedited delivery service to your address. The shipping company will deliver the chair within 3-5 business days for orders placed prior to 1pm MST. Orders placed after 1pm MST will be processed and shipped on the next business day. During the holiday rush a few packages (3%) may not be delivered within the 3-5 business days. Our guarantee is that we will process the order as described above. We are not responsible beyond the incremental cost of the service in the event DHL does not deliver within stated time. If the Customer refuses delivery or cancels the order they will be assessed all shipping fees and 10% restocking fee.
Some customers may be considered out of bounds by our shipping agent and must add 1-2 business day for delivery. This out of bounds exception is why we describe this service as a 3-5 Day delivery as opposed to 3 Day delivery.

1-3 DAY EXPRESS DELIVERY- (additional $375) Not available with white glove.
If the Customer elects to pay for 1-3 Day Express Delivery we guarantee to pay for 1 Day Air Freight express delivery service to your address. The shipping company will deliver the chair within 1-3 business days for orders placed prior to 1pm MST. Orders placed after 1pm MST will be processed and shipped on the next business day. During the holiday rush a few packages (3%) may not be delivered within the 1-3 business days. Our guarantee is that we will process the order as described above. We are not responsible beyond the incremental cost of the service in the event DHL does not deliver within stated time. If the Customer refuses delivery or cancels the order they will be assessed all shipping fees and 10% restocking fee.

WARRANTY INFORMATION:Elite Massage Chairs Warranty subject to limitations set forth herein.
For NEW massage chairs purchased after 7/16/2015
Parts: If any defect shall occur within the first five (5) year time period on the covered parts (see limitations section below), or 1,200 hours of chair operation, Elite Massage Chairs will supply replacement parts at no cost.
Shipping: Shipping cost to send a part to our service center for repair or evaluation, and/or shipping of original or replacement parts to the original owner will be paid by Elite for the first One (1) Year. Boxing, packaging material and availability for pickup of any items to be returned for repair will be the responsibility of the customer. Return shipping only applies to chairs sold and delivered in the contiguous 48 United States of America. If upon examination by the service center no breakdown is found, customer will be responsible for all shipping charges incurred.
Labor: During the five (5) Year period commencing on the date of delivery to the original owner, or within the first 1,200 hours of chair operation, if any defect shall occur which is covered under this Limited Warranty, for those parts shipped to Elite (see limitation section below), Elite will provide labor by Elite authorized technicians without charge at our service center. Should in-home service be desired by authorized service technicians, a quote for in-home service shall be provided.

CONSUMER WARRANTY SUBJECT TO LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS:
This Limited Warranty shall be void if at the sole discretion of Elite Massage Chairs if the defect is found to be caused or direct influence by accident, unstable electric supply or electrical supply not protected by a surge protector provided by and utilized by the customer, misuse or use of the massage chair not intended for normal operation including any damage to internal components due to the natural wear, or incidental damage to the upholstery after delivery, and improper or unauthorized service, alteration or tampering. This Limited Warranty explicitly warrants that when any massage chair is not in use the main power switch be turned off, as leaving it on will reduce the life of any transformers.
This Limited Warranty does not cover upholstery or covering.
This limited Warranty does not include costs for unnecessary service calls, including costs for in-home service solely for the purpose of educating the customer about the product.
Warranties are only valid within the United States and Canada provided the equipment has been operated according to the instructions accompanying it. The warranty only applies to the product and does not include any accessories or enhancements.
Softening of foams and filling composites in pillows, pads, and memory foam kits, or any visual changes in the upholstery coverings do not constitute a defect under this warranty, as those items naturally soften and wear with use.
Fading, wear and pilling of fabrics does not constitute a defect under this warranty as those conditions naturally occur with fabrics.
Natural markings, grain, and dye variations in leather do not constitute a defect under this warranty as no two pieces of leather or synthetic leather material are alike.
Warranties do not cover any loss or damage resulting from: Improper installation, unauthorized repairs or modifications, improper use of electrical/power supply, loss of power, dropped product, a malfunction or damage of an operating part from failure to provide manufacturer’s recommended maintenance, transportation damage, theft, abuse, misuse, neglect, vandalism, or environmental conditions (fire, floods, rust, corrosion, sand, dirt, windstorm, hail, earthquake, or exposure to weather conditions), loss of use during the period the product is at a repair facility or otherwise awaiting parts or repair. Damage incurred due to shipping and handling does not constitute a defect under this warranty.
Failure to follow Important Safety Warnings provided in Elite Massage Chair user manuals will void warranty.
Under no circumstance shall Elite Massage Chairs or its representatives be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages (including damages for lost profits, business interruption, bodily injury, medical, and the like), even if any party has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Warranties are non-transferable, and not applicable to any party other than the original purchaser to be confirmed at Elite Massage Chairs’ discretion, and shall be in lieu of any other warranty, express or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranty or merchant-ability or fitness for particular use. Elite Massage Chairs’ sole liability and the purchaser’s exclusive remedy shall be for the repair, or at Elite Massage Chairs option, for the replacement of the defective part. Notwithstanding the above, if replacements parts for defective materials are not available,
Elite Massage Chairs reserves the right to make substitutions in lieu of repair or replacement. In the event of any “replacements”, as defined as any part, aggregated parts, or massage chair in its entirety; Elite Massage Chairs reserves the right to provide replacements of equal or greater value, new or refurbished, at the sole discretion of Elite Massage Chairs.
Warranties do not apply to demonstration, rental, business, commercial, institutional, or other non-residential users.
This warranty only covers failures due to defects in materials or workmanship and does not cover normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage.
