I bought this chair for my amazing mother. She has suffered from back pain for nearly 20 years. In fact, the only thing my mother has consistently asked me for over the years is a massage. The massage chair is excellent. At first, it was a little too strong, but after some getting used to, it has been the cats meow. I have owned the PHP-2026 for about a month now, and I love it! The strength of massage is excellent, and at 5' 9" it covers my spine end to end. I find that daily use of the chair in conjunction with stretching and abdominal exercise keeps my spine in proper alignment. The leg/foot massage with active rollers and mechanical paddles were a major factor in my purchase of this particular model and I highly recommend it. The chair is attractive in comparison with all others in my opinion, and is comfortable to sit in when not using the massage functions (unlike others I've tried). I have been using the chair just before bedtime, and more often than not I fall asleep in it then make my way to bed. This seems to result in a better nights sleep for me.
