WARRANTY, subject to limitations set forth herein.
Labor : If during the 90 day period commencing on the date of purchase
to the original owner, any defect shall occur which is covered under
this Limited Warranty (see limitation section below) Premier Health
Products will provide labor without charge. The modular design of
our product permits most repairs to be performed by the consumer
in their own home with parts and technical support provided.
For consumers that need individual attention, our customer service
representative will aid the consumer through the diagnostic process.
While most of the Premier Health products are modular in nature,
some consumers might not feel comfortable with performing their
own diagnostics or repair in their home. In these instances, the
consumer may request an authorized in-home technician. These fees
start at $225.00 for the first hour and $150 for each additional
hour and may require a travel charge depending on your location.
Parts : If any defect shall occur within the first one (1) Year
period on the covered parts. Premier Health Products will repair
or replace those parts.
Structural (metal frame) : If any defect shall occur within the
first three (3) Year period on the structure, Premier Health Products
will repair or replace those parts.
(Due to insurance requirements to cover freight damage exposure,
only items packed in the original Premier Health boxes will be accepted.
Any products that are being shipped to Premier Health Products that
are not in the original boxes will be refused.)
Return shipping only applies to chairs sold and delivered in the
contiguous 48 United States of America and only includes "curb-side"
pickup/delivery. Products received without a valid RMA number clearly
marked will be refused. Shipping and freight coverage under this
warranty requires scheduling by Premier Health Products. Premier
Health Products is not responsible for any applicable duties, taxes
and brokerage fees associated with returned parts or products after
the first year .
Products returned to the Evergreen, CO service facility for repairs
generally require five (5) business days to be completed once received.
Products received by the service center receive a full diagnostic
of ALL mechanical systems. Any systems found to be deficient are
repaired or replaced automatically if covered under existing warranties,
or the consumer is provided a quotation for service if not covered
by an existing warranty. In addition, the service facility will
perform preventive maintenance and repair cosmetic damage caused
by any mechanical failure.
CONSUMER WARRANTY LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS:
This Limited Warranty shall be void if in the sole discretion of
Premier Health Products the defect was caused by accident, misuse
and improper or unauthorized service, alteration or tampering.
The Limited Warranty does not include costs for unnecessary service
calls, including costs for service solely for the purpose of educating
the customer about the product.
Warranties are only valid within the United States and Canada provided
the equipment has been operated according to the instructions accompanying
it. The warranty only applies to the product and does note include
any accessories or enhancements.
Softening of foams and filling composites in pillows, pads, and
memory foam kits do not constitute a defect under this warranty
as those items naturally soften with use.
Fading, wear and pilling of fabrics does not constitute a defect
under this warranty as those conditions naturally occur with fabrics.
Natural markings, grain, and dye variations in leather does not
constitute a defect under this warranty as no two pieces of leather
are alike.
Warranties do not cover any loss or damage resulting from: improper
installation, unauthorized repairs or modifications, improper use
of electrical/power supply, loss of power; dropped product, a malfunction
or damage of an operating part from failure to provide manufacturer's
recommended maintenance; transportation damage; theft, abuse, misuse,
neglect, vandalism, or environmental conditions (fire, floods, rust,
corrosion, sand, dirt, windstorm, hail, earthquake, or exposure
to weather conditions); loss of use during the period the product
is at a repair facility or otherwise awaiting parts or repair. Damage
incurred due to shipping and handling does not constitute a defect
under this warranty.
Under no circumstance shall Premier Health Products or its representatives
be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages (including
damages for lost profits, business interruption, bodily injury,
medical, and the like), even if any party has been advised of the
possibility of such damages.
Warranties are non-transferable and shall be in lieu of any other
warranty, express or implied, including but not limited to any implied
warranty or merchantability or fitness for particular use. Premier
Health Product's sole liability and the purchaser's exclusive remedy
shall be for the repair, or at Premier Health Product's option,
for the replacement of the defective part. Not withstanding the
above, if replacements parts for defective materials are not available,
Premier Health Products reserves the right to make substitutions
in lieu of repair or replacement.
All Warranties begin on DATE OF PURCHASE, no allowance or extension
is offered for delivery and/or installation.
Warranties do not apply to demonstration, rental, business, commercial,
institutional, or other non-residential users. This warranty is
provided exclusively by Premier Health Products and there is no
manufactures warranty expressed or implied by Family Japan or Family
Inada as they shall have no liability for service of this Product
.

It is required that consumers have their serial number
and dated proof of purchase (sales receipt) available when they
place the call. If upon examination by the service center no breakdown
is found, you will be responsible for all charges incurred. |
