Return Policy

Each massage chair brand and retailer has a different return policy.  Always consult your retailer on specific models of interest.  Most return policies have stipulations on time frame as well as return method and condition.  Unless damaged, Elite Massage Chairs will never charge a restocking fee.  The only responsibility on customer is to return the chair in original packing materials and condition.
