This list really tells the truth about this book, which contains more
detail than I have ever before read about FMS and how to cope with the
symptoms. From the very beginning Dr McIlwain has obviously done a great
deal of research, and has found a lot of the answers that we FMS sufferers
have been desperately seeking.
If you have been struggling with FMS you really need to read and follow
the seven steps suggested to improve you quality of life. None of the
suggestion have to be followed to the T and you should obviously use
common sense and figure out what works with and for you. The best
suggestion to reduce FMS is to five up caffeine and stop smoking if you
smoke. Caffeine reduces that amount of fluid you body holds and can
dehydrate you muscles adding to pain. Smoking can reduce the blood
flow in you body and reduce the amount of oxygen in you body. Oxygen
is the key to life and the more oxygen you can get to areas of pain the
less pain you will have.
Great read if you have Fibromyalgia and can defiantly improve the
quality of you life. In addition a shiatsu massage chair can also
help to improve the blood circulation in you body and reduce and improve
you back and entire body.
Not sure which chair is right for you? Please fill out our
