LIMITED CUSTOMER WARRANTY for the Elite ZGi22

Try getting other online companies to give you a copy of a massage chairs warranty.  Many companies are very shady about their warranties and do not want to disclose what is covered until after you have purchased the massage chair.  Here is Premiers warranty in writing!

LIMITED CUSTOMER WARRANTY for the Elite ZGi22

1.       WARRANTY, subject to limitations set forth herein

(A)    Labor: If during the Five (5) YEAR period commencing on the date of delivery to the original owner, any defect shall occur which is covered under this Limited Warranty (see limitation section below), Elite Massage Chairs will provide labor without charge.

(B)    Parts:  If any defect shall occur within the first Five (5) Year time period on the covered parts, Elite Massage Chairs will repair or replace those parts.

(C)    Shipping: Return shipping to our service center will be paid by Elite Massage Chairs for the first One (1) Year. Boxing, packaging material and availability for pickup of any items to be returned for repair will be the responsibility of the customer. Shipping only applies to chairs sold and delivered in the contiguous 48 United States of America. 

2.       LIMITATIONS: 

(A)    This Limited Warranty shall be void if in the sole discretion of Elite Massage Chairs the defect was caused by accident, misuse and improper or unauthorized service, alteration or tampering. 

(B)    This Limited Warranty does not cover upholstery or covering.

(C)     The Limited Warranty does not include costs for unnecessary service calls, including costs for in home service solely for the purpose of educating the customer about the product. 

3.       SERVICE

To obtain service, call the warranty Service Authorization Center. If upon examination by the service center no breakdown is found, you will be responsible for all charges incurred.
